- Right frame heavily retouched especially from the crown to leaf 2. Discontinuity opposite the A in POSTAGE.

Leo's Notes- Retouch 10A (in Marler) LL vertical line retouched from a bit below the top of leaf 2 to the bottom of the LNB.
- 118LR17 and 118LR27 are very similar.
- Faint vertical guideline in the LNB between the 2 and the right border with a small dot on the guideline opposite the foot of the 2.
