A distinctive retouch of the vertical and horizontal lines of the left numeral box with a defective transfer of the lower left frame.
Leo's Notes
The left frame is thin opposite the lower half of the 2 in the LNB. Small nick in the left side of the frame at the LL corner.
The bottom half of the vertical line and the left half of the bottom line of the LNB are thick.
White areas at the end of the top and bottom arms of the E in POSTAGE and white vertical lines in the shading beyond the end of the middle arm.
The outer line of the right frame is visible opposite the E in POSTAGE, and there is a white vertical line in the frame at the midpoint.
