Comments

The lower left vertical line retouch characteristics would seem to be a very good match for Marler's description for 6LL91, but the design type does not match. Marler Type SR3 should show 'file marks' in the frame; this stamp does not.
The upper and lower right vertical lines also appear to be retouched.
