Very large Guide Dot in the left inner oval.

While not discussed in his book, Marler's collection had several of these varieties with plate positions indicated.

Leo's Notes

On the right side of the left inner oval. The dot cuts into the right border of the oval.
Normal guide dot in the left margin just below the C in CANADA with a faint vertical line going through it.

Flaw in Zone 16
